Things just kind of vaporized between us, got into relationships etc. whats the best way or line to try and see if we can re-connect? How does one approach this situation? Ive never attempted to re-connect with a former "hook up" girl...

If she is interested and responds to your natural flirting maybe things could start up again? 6 years is a long time but if you're sure she is single, try it. But be careful, you might find out you don't like the person she's become in such long time (if you're looking for a serious relationship).
