Could you imagine the fun of a padded room , im so turned on now. I could drag you around the room by your curly hair, throw you into the walls and not have charges pressed against me this time because there will be no bruising.

Don't put your ex on a pedestal. He let you go...How great could he possibly be?;)

BINGO!

And don't fool yourself thinking that they will change and become a much more wonderful person with their new found attraction. They are still the same it's just that the new love has not discovered the real person yet.

Somehow, I'm turned on now too!

I suspected you were into that, when you mentioned the hot pink wife beater.

Damn! I was hoping you'd say you were wearing a blue silver & gold dog collar.I was hoping you had one for me too.

Hey, I'm not trying to be hard on you, btw. We have all been through some sh*t! .Just trying to lighten up the mood a bit.

And become established!

I know. :p

Silver Blue and Gold refers to an old Bad company song, always been one of my favorites. Although I do feel like I have a dog collar on sometimes. Not quite as fun as it may or may not sound. :bunny:

Well I suppose if one of his criteria of a "better" next GF is one who doesn't cheat on him and "emotionally murder" him then, yes, I'd say he stands a good chance of his next GF being better.

At least that is if he learned from his last mistake doesn't go for a carbon copy of his last GF.

I think people can do "better" on their next GF/BF if they learn from their previous experience and learn which traits and characteristics are more desirable for them as well as what to watch out for.

Another key issue I think is if people allow themselves to heal and recover after being hurt as opposed to trying to medicate their pain and jealousy and insecurity by jumping into someone else's arms that they know isn't the right one for them just so they can get some attention again.

So yeah, people can learn and can use their past experiences to better themselves and so therefor they are better able to attract a "better" BF/GF.

It would be nice to hope the next one is better ! I suppose it depends on how well you learnt the lessons from previous relationships ?

And if your people picker has improved
