When I used to date from CL which was um years ago (its too creepy now) My ads would be flagged off within a few hours. There are a lot of bitter people on that thing.

I know that recognizing and admitting where you're messing up - especially if it's been for years on end - can be more hurtful than rejection, because you have nobody to blame but yourself. I know from personal experience. It's easier to be dismissive, hostile, or to find all sorts of faults with them, rather than accept where you are now, and do your best to enjoy it. I wonder why you're pushing away women who actually want to date you, versus taking your money, but otherwise not wanting anything to do with you. I think after a little while, you'll be just as stuck and upset with your life as you are now, if you do go that route.

No I'm still on the original 6 months not the EXTENDED BENEFITS. I'm receiving what I earned for being employed at a certain company for 3 years. I don't know if you know this or not but in order to receive unemployment you had to work to be eligible for it. It's not WELFARE

If you've actually met a good amount of quality people on CL, then I'd have to say I'm really surprised. I know a man who searched for women on CL, and he said, from his own personal experience, they were all either con artists trying to get you to go to their website, or spam--not real women, or prostitutes looking to make money off of lonely guys. I've also read that there are police who put up fake ads on CL in order to trap suckers into seeking sexual services, and then arresting them. It's a cesspool, and if you actually found anyone of value on there, I am really surprised. That has not been the case with people I know or from what I have read.

Yes, when you post on CL it's all about how you create the TITLE of the ad. That's the only thing that matters on CL is the ad title because of the numerous amount of ads. And the reason for that is because unlike a regular dating site, there are no photos on CL ads so the only thing a woman sees is the title of the ad. For example this ad title below generated lots of replies

 

"Do you have the 3 S's I'm seeking? Sexy, Successful, and Silly?"
