so what is the real measure of the no contact game? anyone out there the "dumpER"???

what does this whole thing mean, what is the objective, and by what measures do you actually win? especially if you were the one who was dumped? is there anyone out there who has done the breaking up, and the person they broke up with was strong and they realized they wanted them back? how does this work?

 

my ex broke up with me a week ago and i felt horrible and wanted to work things out. but he said no, so that is that. i haven't heard from him since. he said he saw things down the road with us. i suspect he was overwhelmed with my clinginess and phone calls. since i have not called in 5 days, what kind of an effect will that have on him/us? i assume a good one...if he wants me back he'll call...but it's still not long enough. how much time must pass for someone who is "confused and not ready for a relationship" to know what they want? has anyone out there broken up with someone and then regretted it???ANYONE????

he sees you down the road with you...thats the exact same thing my ex told me...so i dont know whether to believe him or not...but i havent heard from mine in a month
