Teen Troubles.. *my boyfriend's ex is calling too much*

I've got a boyfriend right.. and we haven't been going out but a month.. but his ex(went out with him when he was 10) happened to come back from florida where she had moved, and he talks to her a lot! When I first found out that she had come back I was relatively ok with it. I've never met her, or talked to her, but I figured I wouldn't jump to any conclusions yet. He tells me that she's jealous of me because I'm going out with him. His brother and cousin(which live with him) both say that she calls and talks to him more than we talk to each other. His brother says that this other girl is getting too close to him and that I should be worried, he also nicknamed her as my boyfriend's "other girlfriend".. the cousin has gotten to know me, and he's trying to convince "BabyRay"(BF) to chill on the talking with her.

 

Before the whole subject of her didn't get on my nerves, but now he even is starting to talk about her more. She called earlier, and instead of telling her that he'd call her back he keeps me on hold on his cell. He suggested 3-way, but in my anger I told him straight forward that he could talk to me tomorrow.. with enough attitude to get my point across.. I'm afraid that I may be losing him!! I also meet this girl in 2 days at his birthday party.. in both cases.. What should I do??

TELL THIS DUDE: If he cant let her go, he needs to be with her! Because you deserve better and dont need some guy that's gonna try to keep talkin to his ex, while he's got you on the side. Its just messed up!!

 

I would break up with him, cuz I dont like it when guys still talk to their EX's. Its just not good, cuz it opens up all kinds of trouble.

Sounds to me too that he is getting too close, I think he should be clear with you AND her about what his intentions are. I'm sure if he didn't want her calling he would tell her and most girls would get the hint.

 

I would be fuming if instead of hanging up with her and talking to you that he put you on hold! OMG

 

If I were I would talk to him straight out without sounding over jealous! I would ask him if he still had interest in her and if he plans on taking it farther than friendship, watch his reactions and how he responds and if you feel he's not being honest then move on and dump his a$$!!

 

Why try and fight to be with someone who is making NO effort to ensure your relationship doesn't suffer because of this??
