One thing that guys have to understand, is when women start pushing and shoving with each other, the guy is almost incidental. The reverse also holds true.

 

The individual the herds are fighting for, becomes a trophy for a number of competing individuals.

Women need to work on their petty problems amongst each other instead of always blaming men for everything.

Women are far worse when it comes to backstabbing behavior: pretending to be someone's friend only to get info to spread rumors, for example. A woman's way of fighting another woman is indirect but nevertheless slow and spitefull and behind the back. At least guys are upfront about our dislike. The negative behavior women display to other women is vicious.

Depends on the women involved. The ones that embrace the traditional gender construct will use this methodology since women aren't supposed to be aggressive with each other.

 

Men who embrace the traditional gender construct will punch each other in the face so men are a bit more careful with each other, instead using the same tactics as silverback male gorillas, chest beating and flexing to assert dominance with each other.

 

So if you're one of the nerd boys, you won't win the "trophy".

A girl I been talking to texte me last night asking what I was doing. I asked her to come out and she said she thought about it. When she called back I already had anther girl over and told her don't worry about it. Then she was all ready to come over. After my first date left she came over and took me out bought all the beer and took me to a few of her friends houses to party all night. We talked and had some momens of flirtation. We never made out but we'll see what happens but it was a good day for icebreaking. Then another girl I made out with a couple of weeks ago left me a sweet flirty message on fb email as she knows I went out last night. I just flirted back. Then I saw another girl in Walmart whom I'm been flirting with and she is ready to get together. Just amazing.

If the type of woman who desperately needs to prove herself is what you're looking for, then sure, that would work. But if you're looking for a healthy relationship, avoid the insecure ones who need to compete for men because of the incidental nature of being the acquired trophy. You'll just be GIG'd up!

A few years ago on April Fools' Day I set my relationship status to "in a relationship". Lots of people believed me, and lots of women IM'ed me on facebook being all chatty and whatnot. Women never IM me on facebook, I always have to IM first and they always act annoyed (probably why most no longer answer back when I do IM them). Anyway, I knew then what this thread is talking about. Women like men they feel are attached. There have been studies on this, where women are more likely to deem a man attractive if they're told ahead of time he married or in a relationship.

 

Now, what I got to do is get a cheap ring that looks like a wedding band. Act like I'm married and women will want to help me cheat on my "wife". Sounds like a winning game plan.

Before anybody says anything the marriage was long over so I was not cheating so let's get that out of the way.

 

I still had my wedding ring before I sold it after my first divorce and I tried a little experiment. One night I went to a club without it trying to pick up a woman and did't do so well then the next week I went with my wedding ring on and women were all over me. Getting a woman is like getting a job. It is easier to get one if you already have one.

They will say that "healthy" women don't do this, but I don't think healthy comes into this, I think women will tend to gravitate towards a man they think has something about them that is extraordinary, and if there is already a woman with them, they tend to feel that it validates that man's attractiveness.

 

I don't know why, but in my observations, this tends to be very true and happens more often than I care to mention. The guy who already has a girl or two, tends to attract them all. The guy who doesn't........well, he just has to work much harder.

My ex gf called and wants to give it another try, and then every girl I been flirting with this year started hitting me up on fb wanting to hang and texting. I think girls get jealous off each other and will even give men sex just to be on top even if they don't really like a dude. It's funny. And obviously a girl can act like she doesn't like you and ignore you but really want to date you. You cannot judge a woman by how she acts at all. Lol.

 

Yea Ik :(. Alot of women are very weird. They want what they cant have & dont want whats given to them.

You'd be surprised :laugh:. There must be a lot of unhealthy women then. Or maybe it's just my luck of being the lucky observant of these behaviors. I'm not even judging those women for it, it's just fairly obvious to me that men who have more options are more attractive to women tenfold, no matter what their character is like.

 

To be a man with options is a better position to be in, as far as I can see.

To be a man with options is a better position to be in, as far as I can see.

From a strokes perspective, the guy might believe he's something hot. But if you consider all the angles and reasons, it's no better a place than any other beyond the sole perspective of getting laid. And even getting laid gets old after the guy matures enough to realize that he's filling the gaping hole within him, with false intimacy and external validation.

Some people want what they can't have. Some people like to make trouble for others out of jealousy because they have something (a relationship) that the person wants and doesn't have. Some people feel there must be something really great about the person, since he has someone who wants to be in a relationship with the person, so his "stock value" goes up because others see value in him.

 

Yup yup so true girl :) because now that I have a boyfriend more guys in the streets are staring at me and others are trying to flirt with me harder than ever before lol.

 

When I was single, sure, guys were watching me or whatever but most of them did nada. They just looked, looked, and looked. But since I'm off the market now here they come, trying to REALLY squeeze into my space :rolleyes:
