I could eat eggs everyday and never bought into that hogwash that they were bad for you. High cholesterol and fat levels run in my family but I've never had a problem, thank God. Still, many people eat tasteless egg white omelets and miss out on the best bit - the yolk. Science has proven that the entire egg is good for you. Read this article and run out and buy some eggs and make a souffle!

I only stopped eating them, when they kept making me throw up - only a lot of things do that for me now. :( I love omelettes, fried eggs, boiled eggs and "soldiers".
