Charulata Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Hey guys, The delivery driver at my work has caught my attention lately, I think he's pretty cute. I'm a little shy, but I think he likes me too... He always asks what my plans are for the weekend, or talks to me about what he did etc. Also, he kind of teases me about work...and as soon as he leaves my coworkers say he's so friendly to me, then also tease me. But there hasn't really been a chance to give him my number, because there's usually people around me...also he hasn't asked. Is he being flirty to pass the time? He's more outgoing than me...so should I give him an opportunity to ask? Just give it to him? Heh. Or throw myself in front of his truck as he's driving away? And, worst thing of all, I've been mentally preparing myself for our next meeting, and my shop hasn't gotten any packages delivered in weeks so...throwing myself in front of the truck seems to be my only option. Please help!

Please help! I'm in a similar situation, only she is a cop. Should I get arrested? Oh and there's another one that works behind the deli counter, Ughh I'm going to be making a lot of sandwiches:laugh: It's tough when there's a bunch of people around, kills the mojo, at least for me. Rejection is never an issue, unless there's an audience.

Then you start to undress and come to an "alternate" arrangement. From what I've seen it works 100% of the time. Or you could just ask him his name and if he is busy later. 1

Thanks for the video, I'll take a look. She drives by my house quite a bit, maybe there's something in it I can use:) I think its all about the timing, being alone at the right moment, cause nobody really wants to risk making a fool of themselves in front of a bunch of people. At least you can always order something and have it delivered. I'd order lotsa stuff! Whatever method you use, i say go for it.... I'm gonna, my dog is going to be eating a lot of cold cuts. I just have to be careful the cop doesn't get called to the deli.Haha this could get dicey.

But if you are bold about it, they'll have to shut up. You could take a small card and put it on his chest and write your number on it while winking at the worst offender. Just a thought.

Please watch. Any updates? No cops in the deli I hope. My dude came by today and was being really funny and teasing me! I didn't know what to say! Nothing witty or funny came out...until like 10 min after he left, but I was talking to air. I didn't give him my number either. I'm such a wuss! And why doesn't he ask me out...i think it's obvious I'm crushing on him. Any mind readers here that can help? @feelinfrisky- I don't mind the teasing, it helps me believe this isn't all in my head. And, hello did you read the part where I said I was shy? I would have to be drunk to attempt that. C'mon! 1

Even if you couldn't think of anything to say all you had to do was give him 'that look' I'm sure you know which one I'm talking about. Guys can pick up on that far quicker than anything girls say.

Please help! We are in the same boat! Except I'm the courier and the girl I'm interested in gets deliveries infrequently. I know she is interested too because of the eye contact and the fact she is busy, but always notices me and has time. It's driving me crazy not knowing when I will get a chance to get that elusive number. Remember, he has to put on a friendly face as part of his job. My advice? Next time he is in, don't worry it'll be sooner than later, ask him if he is married or has a girlfriend.

And, yes that's true it is part of his job to be friendly. But I think it's a little more than that, because he jokes with me a lot. now he's been playfully teasing me about work. And he 's not like that with the other girls I work with, and they've commented on his friendliness to me. So, I hope I'm right! Umm so what's it like being a courier? I bet you deliver to mostly girls, huh? I work in a shopping area so it's full of shop girls like me. I think. Have you met/dated people on your route before? Anyway, you should go in see her even without a delivery & ask her out. Ok, and I'll ask if he is a gf or married.

I was of course a bit awkward, which is my natural style, but I did it! I feel better. I don't really think he is interested in me, I think he's just a little flirty. Oh well, I'm satisfied!
