Based on the way she has acted and what she has said (I don't work with her but I see her in the course of my job) she has considered it. I saw her 2 weeks ago and introduced myself. She proceeded to say my name twice in about 15 seconds. I'm pretty much convinced she wants me ask her out, but I'm just looking for some reassurance.

She is so into you! See how silly sounds. Don't seek reassurance, confidence comes from within. Why not work on building yours a little more while establishing rapport by flirting a little more before asking her out.
