Jadempk Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 I didn't eat at all for days, then survived on energy drinks, and then eventually added small amounts of food back in to the point where at 2 weeks I am now having 2 meals a day, 3 sometimes too I lost 7kgs - woo! But now I have to keep going. If you are not someone who could do with losing some weight you should be very careful as you wouldnt have any fuel stores. I have not once sat in front of a tv crying and eating icecream though - why is that such a common image? Maybe it's coming.....

Best thing to do is to force it down, at least have little snacks throughout the day. Maybe you can invite some friends for lunch. SilverBlueAndGold Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 The Breakup Diet. Works every time! Most of my pants are falling off me and many people have commented that I look better. So I guess there is a silver lining here....now to just keep it off.
