new-girl Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 I don't know how to cope with this, I am really struggling. I lost one end of febuary, I new him through work but hadn't spoken or seen him in a few years, he committed suicide. The second, I new growing up as we were both involved in swimming at national level we trained together, he also hung out with my mates at school so we new each other quite well, he as well committed suicide mid march. The third I lived with on college last year, he was in a car accident last week, I last sore him on monday. The thing is it generally wouldn't effect, all but the last one but I think they are all impacting me at the moment and I just can't see how I can get through.
NailBiter Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 You should talk to a grief counselor. All I can say to help is that there is nothing you could have done to have saved any of them.

If so, does your college have free counseling? If yes, please take advantage of it, and as the previous poster said, realize that there was nothing you could do to help your friends. Finally, keep posting on here. Maybe even start a journal and just lay-out your thoughts. It could help.
