Hello all,

 

I have benifited so much from this forum and thought I would give back a little.....I truly was blessed to find this forum and was offered so much advice that was mine to take or leave. The thing I appreciated most about the forum was the fact that people were honest with me and told me the truth, as much as that might hurt.

 

In the end it is a sign that people care when they are willing to tell you the truth even though they know you probably wont like or accept it.

While that is a good list, I think you missed some of the simpler things that can be done in the early stages of the breakup. Unless I read too fast, nowhere on there did you mention anything about exercise, uplifting music, keeping busy with books, volunteering time to help others, etc.
