Its so weird 'cause he's just an average looking guy with a laidback way & stuff but it seems that girls keep watching him alot & he ignores them most of the time. Sometimes girls do things to get my friend to look at them & sometimes girls bump into him or ask him something for no reason but I'm the opposite I try to chat girls up & always watch them alot but they do much to ignore me .

Women will bounce off the walls for a guy who doesn't immediately react to them. Directness, in human sexuality, is death. Detachment goes a long way. My best guess is that women are screening out overly eager males. A man who has his **** together and has options, that is to say a superior man, is going to be a lot less eager. 1

Yea, but this goes mostly for women since they're the ones who are often into the mind-games. When men see a woman ignoring him, he forgets her and labels her as stuck-up or playing head games. When a man ignores a woman, if done right, it works wonders in her mind because she cant quite grasp why he's doing it, especially if she hasn't done anything to him, and she's used to getting loads of attention from male-seekers. OP, what your friend is doing is smart and well-disciplined. You surely need to take heed of his act and try it yourself. But confidence when doing it will take you a long way. When you least expect it, women will find ways to talk to you, and eventually you'll get "the one" you're attracted to, but patience and detachment is key. 1
