Eddie Edirol Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 The OP doesn't really speak to ambition, IMO. I don't know any people who are truly happy with their lives who sit around at home alone playing video games all day long. I don't hate those people, but I do feel bad for them. They lack the joie de vivre. The OP will change his mind about ambition when he actually starts getting dates. Once he is in a relationship with someone who is much less ambitious than he is, he will see the bigger picture better.

Why would I see the bigger picture better?
Eddie Edirol Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 When I actually start getting dates? That's pretty positive thinking. Why would I see the bigger picture better? Because once you start dealing with different personalities types, you will start to build standards based on the experiences. For instance, if you are dating a woman who wants to sit at home, play games and eat only ramen noodles and saltines. Well one day you might want to go to a thai restaurant, but she says she doesntever want to go to restaurants, she wants to stay home. That might change your mind and make you want to date someone who likes to go out...at least once in a while. Same thing with ambition, its all to a certain degree.
