Necris Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 I was wondering are you attracted to smells? Do people produce pheromones to attract a mate and can these pheromones have an effect on a person? As for a personal story, I met this girl recently I thought she was attractive and I mistakenly thought she was looking at me so I approached her and tried to talk to her, anyway I don't think she's attracted to me, but I can't get her out of my head for some reason I don't know, I think it was the way she smelled it wasn't perfume or anything it was something else, different but not bad, and this is making it hard for me to stop thinking about women and relationships like I said I would.
ForgetMeNots Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 the only "pheromones" I can think of when a girl gives off,is when it is during or just about to be when Aunt Flow comes to visit. There have been studies saying that those pheremones can make a man view a woman more attractively and not know why because the scent is subtle. Also sometimes even sweat can give off similar pheremones, and the smell can be subtle and come across as a sweet scent to some people pending on their cleanliness levels. My guess to this logic is that the subtle scent of good sweat reminds the primal senses of sex sweat.
Author Necris Posted April 1, 2012 Author Posted April 1, 2012 But has anyone else felt this way before?
The Great Gazoo Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 The woman I just ended it with had this amazing scent all over her body that was totally natural and made me crazy for her and miss her even more when we split -- I've experienced that before too. maybe some people are just more sensitive to pheromones or some people put out more scent?
