Talking to this girl for the first time tonight and on the phone when I told her I been living in the same place for 12 years, she asked

"Did you live with a girl during those 12 years?"

Why???????????????????-LOL Why did she need that kind of information? I swear I always seem to come across the wackballs

Haha is that that weird of a question? Maybe she's just making conversation! I sometimes ask off the wall questions because I'm nervous :p

Can't help it.. I wonder how many people think I'm a wackball hahah. :)

Roundabout (hardly subtle!) way of guiding the convo into one about past relationships. I would be turned off by that, I mean geez you haven't even been on a date with her. What did you say? I would have said "what? why?"

All PhillyDude ever does is criticize women when they haven't done anything wrong. All of his threads are about picking apart the endless phone calls that he insists on having before he meets a girl and zeroing in on ONE SENTENCE that the girl said that he thinks is weird/stupid/rude/wrong in some way.

I swear I always seem to come across the wackballs

PhillyDude...YOU are the wackball. You complain about the stupidest things. All you do is talk to women on the phone and ridicule them for no reason.

As long as she adheres properly to the requisite contact schedule as outlined by you, and does not ask any of the 263 forbidden questions or bring up any of the 82727 "off limits" topics for conversation, right?

As long as she maintains a "pleasant and Positive" demeanor she will be fine

Okay I agree Philly does have some...uh, interesting(?), borderline(?) offensive criteria and dealbreakers.....but come on, this was an oddball question. I would legit be like wtf if a guy asked me that because it's out of left field and maybe I don't feel like disclosing my R history on the first phone call, lol. because you KNOW that's what it'd turn into. If he said "yes a girl has lived here", she'd ask for how long, how long ago was it, etc etc. Too much too soon.

I'm just teasing … yes, it's an oddball question. But normal questions are verboten by OP, so how can a poor girl win?

Well, we'll soon find out!

Well, have you? What did you tell her? I know I've been asked "have you ever lived with a girlfriend?" and it didn't seem weird.

What's wrong with her wanting to ask you this?

And you said....."yes, my mother"

:laugh::laugh:I think he said they have a date so I don't think he told her that :laugh::laugh: but that's funny, and sad at the same time.

Odd, but not enough to call someone a whackjob. I mean not as odd as the 2nd date question Jess had on New Girl this week ("Did you get your prostate checked?"). Now, THAT is a whackjob question. This one was just a little across normal boundaries.

Was that because she wanted her man to be in GOOD HEALTH. I swear it's so many retarded women out here

It was a TV show and I assume it was because it was funny. But it was her trying to be 'sophisticated' (badly, obvs) and just getting nervous. Most 'bad questions' just come from nerves. Getting to know someone is hard for many people. You impose bizarre "rules" on it to make yourself feel more comfortable; other people ask "dumb questions." Whatevs.

PD, honestly...cut the girl some slack! Or better yet go back and read one of your own threads to see how "retarded" some men can be.:p

It amazes me how it doesn't even bother him that we see him as a moron
