Is it just something that's inbetween just being attracted to someone and being in love with someone?

Yeah, I'd say a crush is in-between attraction and in love.

Yeah, I'd say a crush is when you're attracted to the person, not just physically, but you're not in love.

It could develop into love if you nurture it, or it can go away just as quickly, if you decide to move on.

Attraction -- feeling drawn to the person, generally described as by physical or other easy-to-see features, esp. if the person is unknown to you.

Crush -- a fixation (of attraction) on a person you don't really know or don't know well yet. Tends to not go well.

Love -- a complex emotional state, ideally built together with someone you have strong feelings for. Love is as much a verb as a noun, and it's something you DO for and BUILD with the person every day.

b. Unrequited love - similar to a crush, but you actually KNOW the person and truly love them for who they are. Does not go well.
