El Brujo Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Turning up the heat on trolls is going to have the opposite effect on them across the board. Do you think the average troll doesn't feel like (s)he won a personal victory by pushing your buttons and getting you to start a "hate the trolls" thread? If I get tired of trolls, I have the option of taking the hint and leaving. 1
gotye Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Ur feeding the trolls by telling people not to feed the trolls 1
Teal Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Everyone loves a good ****fest. Most of the ****fests here kind of make me wince though. Half of the troll posts are just painful. This place censors everything, how am I to survive?
oaks Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Turning up the heat on trolls is going to have the opposite effect on them across the board. Do you think the average troll doesn't feel like (s)he won a personal victory by pushing your buttons and getting you to start a "hate the trolls" thread? I accept that they've won. This place isn't as much fun as it used to be. If I get tired of trolls, I have the option of taking the hint and leaving. Me too. I'm considering this and looking for other places to go. I understand that I'm not alone.
Emilia Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 I just ignore them and never respond to their posts. It's not hard to skip the useless and pointless posts. I only read about a dozen or so posters on a regular basis anyway. 1
Ross MwcFan Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 (edited) I really can't understand why people get bothered so much by them. Who cares if someone makes silly topics or silly posts? Just ignore them and read the topics and posts that interest you. Edited March 27, 2012 by Ross MwcFan
123321 Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 trolls about hearing of sick Im. that's the title backwords. trolls about hearing of sick Im. Actually it's "Sllort tuoba gniraeh fo kcis m'i", which looks disturbingly like an Irishman cursing after too many pints. In other news, detsorf sekalf is frosted flakes, which looks a lot more fun somehow.
