again this morning.

 

I am going to keep coming here for the support and I am doing NC.

 

It is still just so fresh and new and I am still in disbelief.

 

I know I am not alone here, but I feel "alone".

 

Anyway, I know being at work will help and at the same time, I am looking forward to coming home and getting into bed today. I really made the rounds this weekend in attempts to avoid my feelings of sadness and tonight I think I just want to get some rest and quite time with my laptop by my side....

 

I'm sure I'll be here throughout the day, so any input, empowering thoughts, share where you are at or have been.

Mornings are the worst. Throw on a movie or something when you get home to help distract yourself. I find reading a book helps make it so I don't dream of the ex too.

They are the worse. Ugh!! Being in la-la land via sleep is ok for me and then I wake up and BAM!!! Yeah, I've said it before, reality is there...

You're doing it and you will be fine. Nights were harder for me, I would be up all night dwelling and analyzing. It's just what I do and I hate it. Mornings were sad because I was no longer getting the 'good morning sunshine' texts. He slowly started taking things away==even went through my pictures and started deleting the sweet comments he made on them. Very sneaky. He would delete comments made to me and make new ones to other ladies--all while seeing me.

 

The beginning of the healing is kind of a blur to me, but I had a good friend who went through the same thing pull me through. Thank God for girlfriends who never get sick of hearing your stuff and never say "get over it already". Hope you have friends like these because you will need to talk and vent at times; it's good to hear a comforting voice and good words of wisdom.

I LOVE MY FRIENDS!!!! They are being incredibly supportive right now, and the fact that they know who I am (opposed to here, we're still getting to know one another :p) they get me, they understand exactly, they also knew my boyfriend so yeah, I love them. They're pretty great.

 

I feel like crap right now, but I do know that in all of this darkness, I am blessed as well. :)
