Basically lost the love of my life of 2.5 years and she broke it off.

5-6 months later I'm still struggling and its been 4 weeks of NC.

I'm constantly wondering what she doing, who she talking to and what she up to.

I did my best to remove all triggers. Ex: I hid all her stuff (we never gave anything back, well I gave only one thing back and that was it) in a draw I never use, I deleted her phone number but I remember it by heart, I deleted her facebook b/c I saw she deleted our pictures she said she would never take down.

But there is always that one random trigger that pops up and sets things off

I have been improving on myself since the break up. I been working out a lot...so far I'm up 12lbs from using the gym and eating healthier I was 128 at break up now I'm 142lbs I'm 5'' 6'.

I do plan on seeing the university counselor tomorrow to better help me through this. I avoided it becuase I thought I'd be able to solve it on my own but it's been nearly 6 months and I'm starting to get fed up with it.

Do I still want her back....yea...I do....

Well you are very good because you can use your time after the breakup for positive activities...

I think you should meet your ex and communicate with your ex, and remember don't talk too emotionally.
