depresso43 Posted June 11, 2004 Posted June 11, 2004 As you can see, my gf and I broke up a couple of months back after a >3 year relationship. Initially I was in total denial then I realized how important she was to me, so I went back full force, and did the worst.....begging etc.....got slammed big time....."Leave me alone" is what came back Now no contact for 3 weeks. Went to a psychic and palm reader last week. They both said there would be contact within 3 weeks and the tarot card reader said she would call, I should not do anything.....she would make contact I am just curious, is this what all of them say.....I mean this got my hopes up BIG TIME......nothing is happening....and I cannot even move on. Does anyone have experience with this stuff..............

But I do belive some clairvoyants have a genuine gift and can offer real advice. I know one such person who is a good friend. I use tarot cards myself, and am into lots of stuff plenty of people on here would probably laugh at.

depresso Posted June 14, 2004 Posted June 14, 2004 I guess I phrased my question wrong, Do all psychics just give hope it is difficult for me to test this with all the psychics in town. The thing is this one was so confident. She never said maybe, she just said, "you'll will get back, and live together for a long time. She will contact you, you do not need to do anything. Just listen to what she has to say". What I am wondering is whether the psychic just made this up?. Has anyone gone to a psychic who said, "It's over, you will not get back together"

If you do the no contact thing and your gf does not call then hopefully you will be in a better position to get over her.. I saw a Tarot reader the other day -she reckons my getting back together with ex-bf would be a very bad idea... I still want him in my life though. Fingers crossed - I hope your psychic was right.

After a break up I talked to a psychic. She told me that my boyfriend and I would not get back together. We got back together 2 months later. That was 2 years ago and we're still together.
vhshowdown Posted June 14, 2004 Posted June 14, 2004 ya utilize the psychic at your own discretion. Some are good, some are quacks, so to speak. Same with horoscopes.... Hey some of them are very accurate, some are definitely for amusement only..... One of the horoscopes I follow told me someone from my past would contact me like 2 weeks ago, and sure enough, my EX called me up that same week it said they would. Uncanny!! But I agree with alot of the posts, in that you need to be working on yourself in the meantime......... So if you do meet up, you will hopefully be ready, although that is easier said than done.
