CarrieT Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 Nay. The drug in Alli literally FORCES you to stay to a strict no-fat diet lest you get massive - often uncontrollable - diarrhea. I suppose it works by keeping people honest about what they are eating so that they don't mess themselves, but if you don't have enough willpower to regulate your diet yourself, than the threat of public humiliation is as good as any, I suppose...

setsenia Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 My mom used Alli....didn't do much for her besides a couple pounds out of 260, but it did increase her blood pressure, so she quit using it.
