Jane2011 Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 My ideal profession for a guy is one who works in social services in some way. I was pleased to go out recently with a guy who was a drug rehab counselor. Didn't end up feeling attracted to him in general, but I liked his line of work. Or a teacher, writer, artist. I could go for any profession, really, but I tend to find what I like in more liberal artsy/social services type of men. (At least, that is their "main" thing, anyway) Since others have mentioned it, too, I don't prefer the sporty, outdoor type. Realistically, most people are a mix of things. Even I'm not an "outdoorsy"/"sporty" type girl at all, but that doesn't mean I stay inside all the time. I run *outside* every day. I also like to be outside for festivals and whatnot. And I would love to go camping occasionally. It's just not my main thing, and I'd never describe myself as "sporty" and "outdoorsy." I prefer a guy who reads books and feels comfortable at book stores and libraries. Haha, kind of a nerd guy. But a good looking, charming one.
ThaWholigan Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 because how DO you respect people who believe in talking snakes, and walking on water, and other fantastical things that if not labelled religious would be termed schizophrenic beliefs? Surely it's a more attractive belief than the one about us being a giant accident, evolving from animals, and that after you die that's it . (The Bible, as much as I love the book, has lots of stuff in it that don't make sense, simply because people take the entire text super-literal, when it's a metaphysical book more than anything......at least in my opinion)
