i have had 4 dreams since the break up

and last night he was really hott in the dream and that hurts so bad

 

he did the; just be friends thing and still talk after... but how do you be friends with someone you have so much attraction to? I know he still finds me attractive, he knows what he likes and my appearance stayed the same.

Its been over four months for me since the break up or since I have seen her and I still dream about her from time to time. Had one last night as a matter of fact and it feels so freaken "normal". I wish it didnt because when I wake up I feel the loss of a "good thing" that I had found.

It's normal but I truly believe it will pass once you meet someone you find more attractive and suitable.

 

I'm healing and starting to get over my ex but I still dream of a second chance. I have these dreams because she's been my only love, once you find out there are better women/men out there for you she will stop being so "perfect" in your eyes and will stop much making such appearances in your dreams.

I feel so broken, I dream of him everynight. I wake up crying....wishing it wasn't a dream and he was laying next to me.

I dreamed about her almost every night before and after BU ( was in LDR) and I just learned how to control dream, use lucid dream to avoid her ^^ u should try it sometime :o

Lucid dream is reached by many way.

But for beginning, we have 3 simple way.

Do something until you r tired and fell asleep quickly, then your body is sleeping but your brain still walking, and you feel in Sleep paralysis time... First step to OBE - out of body experience. But be careful, sometime you will face with the most fear and it is a nightmare. Lay down, relax, but your hand lay up... In few minute, you must ignore everything, itch, feeling hard, hurt.... Then u will join in sleep paralysis, next step is built your image, your dream and try to control it, dun be afraid of everything

Second way is more simple, go sleep, set alarm few hour later, wake up and try to sleep again, practice and learn how to control yourself in your dream

Example: you have to wake up at 7am, so wet alarm at 4.44 and try to sleep again, until 7AM.

When you wake up, close your eyes and few second later, try to:

look a picture in your mind, dun chance it, just look at it, can't see anything? Next

Listen some thing around you, and just listen, it's louder in your mind, if not, next

Try to move your hand or leg, or just fingers, but dun move it, if you r not feel Seth strange, next

Turn around but not exactly spin, if you can't, good luck at next time later

 

Last way is just learn yoga or some Asian secret skill, but it's not for you

Simple, just believe you could reach to lucid dream and try it, it's just like in inception movie, where you could experience in your own dream...

 

Lucid dream is a useless skill I learned after my ex left me, and it's so fun, now I could sleep more than 4h per night and living in both world, dream and reality.

In dream, time is longer, and when you wake up, you feel full of power, smarter and ready for real world. But you also get some nightmare sometime, see some monter or ghosts, and sometime you don't know what is real or dream, just try to check it, hit yourself or focus to your hand to know it.
