Imported Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 (edited) Brad Pitt's body in Fight Club. I got pretty close. Then again, I don't have Pitt's bone structure or access to steroids. And believe me, all those guys take steroids when preparing for movie roles. Whether they're aware of it or not. If you think you need steroids to get your muscles to Brad Pitt's size, than you really don't know wtf you're doing. I can see him taking clenbuterol, T3, ephederine and at the very most anavar, but I highly doubt he was shooting up on steroids (testosterone, tren, winstrol etc) because that would have produced something else entirely. And believe me, if all those guys were taking steroids when preparing for a movie role, they'd be well aware of it considering you'd need to inject it into your body with a needle. Dwayne Johnson (The Rock), I can see as taking steroids. Brad Pitt...no. If he was, than he needs to get his money back because it was obviously fake steroids. Brad Pitt only had a little bit of size that is easily attainable with not even that intense of an effort. He was just low bodyfat and you don't need steroids for that. However, clen, T3 and cocaine can really help there. Not to say that you couldn't do it with just strict diet. Edited March 18, 2012 by Imported
dasein Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 Disagree with OP, being in excellent physical shape goes a long way, in and of itself, to getting women. The whole way? Of course not, but clothes looking good on you, healthy skintone from good aerobics and bloodflow, clearer eyes and healthier hair, teeth, etc. from a fitness regimen are tangential benefits almost as important as the muscles. The biggest mistake I see among the "jacked" crowd is not paying enough attention to flexibility and aerobics in balancing mass and cut. Have even read some bodybuilding gurus advising men who seek mass not to stretch or do any sort of aerobics or calisthenics because this affects mass negatively. This overnarrow focus is where lots of the "you are too big" sentiment comes from. 1
PlumPrincess Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 Give me a break. You like the muscles and that's it, there's no science behind it. Personally I like to work out, but it's a myth that guys who are into it are more masculine. A lot of the guys who go on the extreme diets and spend hours at the gym every day are gay or have vanity/self-consciousness issues, but women think they're "hot" regardless. I'm going to back up the guy that said women start finding you a lot interesting when you are ripped and wearing tight clothes. Looks always trump personality when youre trying to get a date, never believe anything to the contrary. If you're not tall , you have to be muscular (or wealthy) to get a girlfriend, there's no way around that. I wasn't talking about crazy bodybuilders who spend more time in front of the mirror than I do. Just guys who like to be fit.
