fencesitter Posted March 12, 2012 Posted March 12, 2012 I had a big interview a couple of weeks ago. I recently emailed the interviewer to ask if she made her hiring decision and, if I was not selected, for feedback on my interview. She just wrote back: I have made a selection however I am not permitted to announce that selection even to the person I have selected. HR should be contacting you shortly. I thought you interviewed well, you were very knowledgeable and seem to have an eagerness to learn, I think you would be an excellent fit for team XX. Been out of work for 2 years and have learned to not get terribly excited about possible jobs. But...this sounds good, right?

yah Posted March 12, 2012 Posted March 12, 2012 I think she was careful to cover her bases so that it isn't apparent if you were selected or not. Hard to tell. Good luck.
