Drunken trip through the CVS store at 4:30 in the morning laughing and giggling... Maybe you were his first outside of his marriage, maybe you weren't. Does it matter? If you were his first - the friendship between you two still had to end. If you weren't his first - the friendship between you two still had to end. Make sense? Obviously he liked you and cared about you. You two had a friendship for 4 years.. This is why I believe it's doubtful he had 'thoughts of banging you' for 4 years. Trust me, if a guy wants sex, he isn't going to wait that long to make a move!

In my case, I was with a married guy for one year...And after that broke up, for the next 18 years, I was never able to find love! Somehow nothing ever works for me, it's like a curse. I've heard from Buddhist teachings that messing up with someone's partner not only it's wrong, but it's also stupid. The only think you are ensuring yourself is not to be able to be successful in relationships from then on. And that one of the ways to ensure a proper relationship is to be sexually pure (or no sexual misconduct). Think about that.

All I need is less luck in dating... That's why I do these stupid things - because I get so lonely and desperate, that when someone gives me attention I am like a starving woman! Well, Ariadne, I refuse to believe in curses though. Believe me, I did toy with the idea of just making this a fling but when I realized I would probably ruin any chance whatsoever of having a normal relationship with anyone else, I bolted. Although I am still upset that I lost him as a friend..
