I had a date at Penn's Landing last summer and there were teens there who messed up my mood. I just couldn't figure out why teens would be at penn's landing at 10pm when it's a time for dates or couples to go to. Now if a teen couple was there on a date then that would be different but the teens around us was acting silly and I was keeping a eye on them and one eye on her because I don't trust teens
