Baltimore also has a supposedly awesome climbing gym that I've been looking for an excuse to get to.

 

Is anyone else here a climber? I need a belayer. :)

I was a part of a meetup on another board/forum years ago. I would strongly suggest you refrain from giving any details publicly, including dates. You don't want crazy forum stalker people showing up.

Lol i don't understand how I always end up being a topic in a thread I haven't posted....:confused::o

 

But I agree, NYC is so much more fun and it's just easy to travel around considering the transportations available.

You guys gotta save Las Vegas meetup until late June. (When I be (possibly) flying over from Australia.) And happy to tour Southern California too.

 

To be finalised in June, after I know my exam schedule.

I'd be up for meetup. I live in Philly, but love any excuse to visit NYC.

 

I did a meetup once with OK Cupid. It was an eccentric mix of people, but I got a date out of it. Didn't lead anywhere, but it was a lot of fun.

 

And Pyro gave me an idea. If anybody is going to the Movement/DEMF festival in Detroit this May, give me a holler. I usually meet up with all sorts of random techno junkies from my music forum.

There's tons of girls to gawk at here in NYC. Is that reason enough to visit? Hotels aren't that expensive either.
