flyguy23 Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 Your not alone man, I woke up today at 4am and couldn't fall asleep until 6am, then had to wake up at 7 for work. This is like the 10th day in a row of this crap. I wish I could just forget about her the way she did me...

Mr Scorpio Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 Hang in there, gentlemen. I remember those sleepless nights, especially in the first week. Wide awake until 5am, only to wake up two-hours later and maybe experiencing five or ten seconds of sweet forgetfulness until everything comes crashing back down. You don't want to eat. You don't want to go out. You just want your mind to clear. While there is no surefire way to clear your mind in the short-term, there is a way to ruin your progress -- breaking NC.
RonChalant Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 It will pass...the beginning is the hardest part. I know you hate to hear the same thing over and over because i hated hearing it too when I was first going through it but just give it time. One thing that helped me A LOT...start writing all your thoughts in a journal. You will find yourself writing for HOURS at some points but you won't notice it. It helps a lot believe me. I have over 115 hand written pages that started Dec 7 until about Feb 15. Try it
