Is it too soon to tell her that I'm starting to have feelings for her? I don't want to scare her off but it has to happen sooner or later right?

Don't tell her that until she is dragging you to the store to look at engagement rings. Let your behavior show how you feel, not a declaration. Keep asking her out, escalating the physical and enjoying each other. People disagree with me lots here, but I think it's best to wait until they bring up exclusivity and then once exclusively dating you can say nice, feelings type compliments very sparingly.

 

I don't want you to be one of those guys who is the subject of a "he's perfectly fine but I just don't feel the chemistry" thread due to giving away the store. As far as she is concerned at this point, you like her enough to ask her out again and that's it. Good luck.

until you're having sex on a regular basis and she's telling YOU how amazing you are you have nothing to reveal that can do more good than harm.
