yuayonekura Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 Last year for prom, I decided to go with a group of friends, and only 3 out of our 12 girls had a date. We also invited a guy who doesn't have a date, but he is very popular in school and also a nice guy. My friends made up funny jokes about letting him to be the "pimp" since there are so many of us dateless and him the only one dateless. I know him since he is in my after school club and is one of my friend. This year, the prom is coming soon and this guy asked me to prom. I was shocked because I didn't expect it. He walked towards me with a pot of flower and asked me if I will go to the prom with him. He said that last year, I said I want to go with him and he agreed so he is not breaking his words. The problem is I do not remember I said that even though maybe I did. I did thank him and let him to get me some time to think because I do not know what to say. I told my girl friends about him and they are also friends with him too. The next day I told him no even though I appreciate the fact that he cares for me. After that day, he rarely comes over to talk with me anymore. He seems to avoid me. It seems like we are not friends anymore. It seems like he doesn't care about me anymore. What is wrong with him?
