Ok so my therapist and I used to do this a lot ( I miss our sessions I think I need to o back by the way) whenever we made an accomplishment or thought of something we feel good about ourselves we would write it down and then whenever I was feeling insecure I would go back and read it.

 

So I just got dressed to go to clinic and damn I look good. I am wearing these pants i bought at Zara last week and they look amazing. I have a great sense of style. I look real cute :)

H'mm.. it is important to feel our accomplishments, however small. I keep a diary too of inspirational quotes and yeah, I focus on the positives too. :)

 

Finding trousers which fit really well is always something to celebrate. Same as when your hair just does what you want it to and you look GREAT!

 

These are essential aspects of life methinks and we should accept our more superficial side. Well, I do anyway.. :laugh:

 

I cherish those moments much muchly..

Today I was all day with an OBGYN and one of her nurses came up to me at one point ot tell me that she was impressed with how well I interacted with the patients.

 

I was so happy!
