Ok.. I need advice and need it pretty quickly.

My ex and I are on good terms, but I am trying to go NC.. I'm on day 6. I had to drop something off at her house, so I did it without her knowing and quickly left. She texted me asking when did I drop it off? I did not reply. Then, she asked if I had blocked her on Facebook (with a sad face). I did deactivate my account, but should I tell her this? I don't want her mad at me, but if I break this NC, I feel like I'm giving her what she wants, and I want her to seriously ponder about maybe me being gone for good. Likewise, I myself don't want to be set back to square one. What should I do??

EDIT: I was thinking of maybe just replying that I deactivated it and leave it at that. But I'm not sure if this would be for the better or not? I don't want her upset, but I don't want to crack so soon. Damn it!

Listen to me. GO GHOST. Delete your facebook account. No one can find you for the next two weeks. When she asks you say "Just moving on with my life". Stop this. GO GHOST.

No Contact isn't meant to be a mindgame used to lure someone back into a relationship. Yes, it has happened before but not always is the case. No

Contact is a method to help YOU deal with her not being in your life anymore.

You need to disappear so you can start healing dude.

If you're doing NC for you, then don't respond to anything. Just step away from communication and take care of yourself for now.
