Woggle Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 When men are slowly worn down and emasculated the way some seem to want men to be this is what happens.
Mme. Chaucer Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Ok, check it out. If a guy approaches you in a bar, then he is attracted to you. I've NEVER approached a women at a bar that I wasn't attracted to in one way or another. So, if he walked away, he didn't feel you were interested. By reading this post alone, I'm willing to be you felt "entitled", and he said "screw that". It's a two way street. Don't play ignorant. Or, realized that he didn't like you … at all. 1
Author FrustratedStandards Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 Any tips on what to do alone on a friday night?
Mme. Chaucer Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Any tips on what to do alone on a friday night? Crochet. And eat ice cream. 1
Kamille Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Any tips on what to do alone on a friday night? Crochet. And eat ice cream. And don't forget: surf LS. 1
Author FrustratedStandards Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 Go to the movies. Alone? That's so sad I would never do that. I'm probably just gonna order pizza and play MW3 all night. I'll be a guy this weekend.

somedude81 Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Any tips on what to do alone on a friday night? My suggestion, go out again but be an observer. See who's getting approached, how they react, what the guys do, what happens afterward. Just watch for a while. 3
Author FrustratedStandards Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 And that's not sadder, how? How? I'm not a loner at the movies with people starring and asking "why is she by herself?" I went to the movies alone once, and I was outcasted big time. Don't wanna do that again. My suggestion, go out again but be an observer. See who's getting approached, how they react, what the guys do, what happens afterward. Just watch for a while. Alone? I'm not comfortable with that. It's so lonely doing everything alone. Watch how other women get potential dates while I sit by myself wondering why men can't approach me? Oh yeah, great feeling.
Kamille Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Alone? That's so sad I would never do that. I do stuff alone all the time. It's a habit I picked up from being a world traveller. How else am I going to enjoy the finer things Madrid, London and Paris have to offer? Wait for prince charming to show up in every country? I don't think so. I'm probably one of the least sad person you'll ever meet. 1

How else am I going to enjoy the finer things Madrid, London and Paris have to offer? Wait for prince charming to show up in every country? I don't think so. I'm probably one of the least sad person you'll ever meet. I'm very different. I hate doing things alone because I have no one to share the memory with. Don't get me wrong, it's great that you can do things alone, but i'm not that kind of person. I enjoy to do things with someone, a friend, a family member. I like to share good experiences with people. After a while though, I would imagine that it would get dull and boring to do everything alone, and at some point you want to share it with someone.

The whole point is to see why other women are getting approached and asked out and you aren't. I'm sure they are doing something that you are not. Also no reason why you can't bring a girlfriend with you.

Kamille Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 After a while though, I would imagine that it would get dull and boring to do everything alone, and at some point you want to share it with someone. Of course. What usually happens is that by doing things on my own, I end up meeting people and the whole thing snowballs from there. Next thing I know, my new friends are introducing me to their cute single friends. World is oyster, etc.
Mme. Chaucer Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Nobody looks twice at people in movies alone. 2
Woggle Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 You should play Grand Theft Auto. You won't worry about any dates after that.
Author FrustratedStandards Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 I'm in Toronto right now.
tman666 Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I'm in Toronto right now. Well there's your problem.
fishtaco Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I'm in Toronto right now. Hockey Hall of Fame! I didn't manage to go check it out last time I was in Toronto.
mesmerized Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I'm in Toronto right now. That absolutely explains the "pussy" men. Men in states I've heard are different when it comes to approaching. Canadian men are the worst when it comes to dating.
Nightsky Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I'm in Toronto right now. Well there's your problem. Seriosly should have said it from the start so we Americans could point the blame North. Blame Canada!
Author FrustratedStandards Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 lol! Canada, America. It's the same thing. It's the Western mentality (at least, that's how I see it. I've been to the states a few times, no noticeable differences, except of course, it's a heavier country).
Author FrustratedStandards Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 Hockey Hall of Fame! I didn't manage to go check it out last time I was in Toronto. Contrary to popular belief, Canadians aren't hockey fanatics. I don't know one person who actually likes the sport. It's a big stereotype just because Canada is one of the best.
