jordan5000 Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 Girl 1: Ok so I met this girl in one of my university classes (I'm 18) and we talked but only once in late September because we just didn't see each other in class. We saw each other another time in October and I think in December but it was just brief (like 5 minute talk type of thing). She smiles a lot when we talk and she was the one to approach me each time (except I was the first one to sit beside her in class). She didn't remember my name but hadn't seen me/talked to me in 2, possibly 4, months. When I saw her today we were walking to the mall and her friend (or whoever she was walking with) walked ahead of us and didn't try to talk to us and when I asked if she was on facebook she said yes and her friend smiled at me. Is this girl just being friendly or could she be interested? I see a lot of people from other classes but I don't go up to them and talk to them unless we've talked at least 3 times in class. I'm still waiting for her to accept the request (it's been 4 hours) so when she does what should I do? Girl 2: She's in one of my classes and I sat beside her, whenever I talked to her she was always smiling. We talked a bit at the start of class and then didn't talk for a bit but when I started up the conversation later in the class and she start smiling when I talked to her again. We talked on the way back to her building (about 10 min) about various things and the conversation flowed pretty easily. She was also the one who chose to sit beside me. Could either girl be interested or are they both just being friendly?

Heres how you find out if either one is interested. After class, ask both of them if they want to join you for a drink in the cafeteria, or to get something to eat. if they say no, and dont offer alternative plans, then theyre not interested.
