Cmac Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Is it just me or is it predominantly male dumpees that post here? I find myself wondering what the reason is for this...is it because more males are dumpees and females are dumpers? Do males just take breakups harder than females? Do we bottle things up in real life and use the forum as a release for our feelings? This is just something I've been noticing and am just curious about. Thoughts?

If your thinking of buying a new car the particular brand you have in mind will seem to appear every time you drive down the road. Personally I've been seeing more political rants here lately, but that's just my current commonality phase.

There may be waves of males and waves of females, but I've noticed no huge difference between males or female posters. I would say that the way much of society "molds" men is to not be open with their emotions. This can lead many males to not speaking to their friends or family about their issues, and doing so anonymously is easier and safer for many.
