Back in Aug met someone off a dating site.. we hit it off instantly, had a great night but she told me that she was a few months out of a long term relationship (7 years), was just looking to meet new people and generally take some time out from relationships until she got over her ex. We kept in touch and gradually started to see each other quite often and chatting every day.. feelings obviously began to creep in and although over the 6 months I've known her we became very close, whenever anything intimate happened between us, in the days that follows she would kinda freaks out and say she wasn't ready for commitment, expectations, we're weren't dating etc etc and went very quiet on me. shed then come around and this cyle would repeat itself. Eventually it came to a head and we decided to back off from each other and not see each other for a while.Ive not seen her in over a month now and we only chat once or twice a week. I miss her and I do really like her and care for her and I do know she really liked me, we had massive chemistry and there was always this vibe when we were together. I guess just wrong timing… we've been chatting again a bit about general stuff.. i don't mention anything about us as i just figure she needs a lot of time on her own but kinda don't wanna just completely disappear on her… Has anyone experienced this before? Just wrong timing etc? And how did it go?
