pozman21 Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 I always go to a store nearby our house, and sometimes theres this cashier girl, who've rung up what I've bought, and i've realized that I want to ask her out. We have spoken for maybe less than a minute as she rung up what I've bought. I've been thinking about this girl sometimes, and whenever i see her, my heart jumps. I would like to ask her out, but not sure if there is a right or wrong way to do this since she wouldn't have any idea who i am. Any ideas?? I hope she's not taken. Thanks.
jerbear Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 You do whatever you need to do. Just ask for her number or ask when her shift ends. You can chat and chat but you can do that after your first date with her. She'll give you her information or give a soft landing.
puresynphony Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Next time u buy something from there, start asking her some questions, ask her if she studies or her cultural background, if she is reading a magazine ask her whats happening in the world, start up a conversation, keep things flowing. Ask her if she would like to catch up for some green tea sometime, she should laugh at that, then u say in a cheeky manner its the healthy option. tell her u should try it with a splash of honey, its even sweeter. If she says I have a boyfriend just say well, I thought id ask. If not get ur phone out and get her number, proceed with ur day. Best wishes

If you ask her out, she will just think of you as one more creepy guy asking her out. Do you talk to her? Do you know anything about her? You need to chat her up and get to know her before you ask her out. (This is as much for your benefit as hers. She might be really unappealing once you get to know her a little). Get to the point where her eyes light up when you walk in the door and other customers are annoyed with you because she keeps talking to you after she's rung up your purchase and she lets a line build up behind you. Then come back here and we'll tell you what to do next.

Purist ideals of love before women rip your heart out, step on it, and tear it into a million shreds. Make a move and do it casually and aloof if you can manage. Don't build her up. I won't lie. The odds are stacked strongly against you in that type of situation, but you never know. If she reciprocates, it might veer you away from the bitter man road so many others have gone down.
