Mme. Chaucer Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 No matter how much of a jerk he is, it's passive aggressive and unhealthy of you to break up with him for your own GOOD reasons and then actively seek him out and investigate for things about his current behavior to hurt yourself with. I don't care about the guy. It's sick for YOU to do it to YOURSELF. He's not doing anything to you now. 1
Author Eternal Sunshine Posted March 3, 2012 Author Posted March 3, 2012 I arrived home from the holiday. A friend texted me that the ex won't be at the party after all so that I should come. I ended up going, didn't meet anyone but had a blast. I'm now sleeping at my bff's place and we are going shopping tomorrow. She actually complimented me on my strength and not falling apart after the BU. She knows that I messed up with contact, but overall - I'm not a mess, I'm not curled up in my room crying and I'm making an effort to improve my life on all counts. She is a psychologist too 1
