It seems like she is only trying to clear her own guilt, she doesn't like the idea theres someone in the world that doesn't like her because of her own actions.Sending a friend request on facebook is basically her checking that without any effort or chance of her being rejected(I bet she didn't expect you to ignore it,judging by her asking your friend about it). This is just an opinion but if you did accept it, I think it would give nothing but her a feeling of power again because in the past you went no contact. I very much doubt it would open communication between you again, if she genuinly had anything to say she would tell you in person or call ect. Be contempt in knowing you are healed/healing and moving. 1
