Rudolfo Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Hi I am new here, hope someone will help me by answering to my problem. So here is the problem. There is this girl in college, with which I started talking to only recently. Last year I knew about her, but was not really that much interested in her, because she was always withdrawn from other people in class and dit not talk with anyone that much, except few other girls. But we recently started talking on random occasion and the random element kind of worked its magic and we became friends, sort of. I feel that she is maybe even attracted to me. But that is what I am confused about. One time, she comes to me, we talk, laugh and so on. When she sees me passing on corridor, she always smiles from ear to ear. But at other times, she is strangely withdrawn and distant, but at the same time I can see her trying to catch my eye. So here are the questions. Why does she change her attitudes so much, almost on daily basis? I kinda think she is that shy kind of a girl, so I don't want to come too strong at her, but at the same time I feel that she maybe excepts me to do something. So what should I do without messing this up, nice people of this forum?
kwayne Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Make a move! Do you approach her when you see her in the hallway? Make it obvious that you want to talk to her whenever you see her otherwise she might feel awkward and unsure. I'm a shy girl when it comes to boys but very out going with my friends. I prefer the guy to court me and make all the moves.
puresynphony Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Dont worry about coming on too strong, that wont matter if she likes u. On the days when she seems withdrawn, test the waters, approach and see her reaction, if she seems happy and thankful that u just approached then u know ur on the right path. If not then she may be playing games or has issues, just sounds like she likes u and is waiting for u. Do that little test and see what happens.
