How do you know if its right to go in for a hug or even to attempt to kiss when out with a girl interested in.

Have been out as friends once..she asked if it was as friends and asked her out again.. she didnt ask this time.

I dont want to maake a blunder, miss some tell tale signs and make everything awkward if she just wants to be friends.

Probably over thinking it too, for when the right time to at least motion to go in for a kiss, dropping her off at home, outside her parents isnt the best of scenarios

Well, what did you say when she asked if you were going out as friends?

If yes, then maybe next time you should clarify that you want to go out as a date, not just friends. If she accepts, then you go in for the kiss on the date. Don't do it if you agreed to be "just" friends. Chances are it will turn into a blunder...

If you are going out as more than friends: If she gives you a lot of eye contact, smiles a lot, and initiates some light touching (brushes your arm to emphasize a point, etc.), those are pretty good signs she's open to be kissed, IMHO.

If she hasn't run away by the end of the date it's definitely ok to go in for a hug.

If she pauses for a second before saying goodbye or turning away, go for the kiss. What's the worst that could happen?

Go for the hug as soon as you see her. Any girl who won't let you hug her is bad news, trust me.

Touch her a lot, in the safe areas, when you are out with her her. If you find yourselves in a quiet moment sit next to her, stare into her eyes.

Hopefully you'll be able to tell if she wants to be kissed.

Regardless of anything else, I always hug a woman when we meet and part. Never ever had a rejection of a hug.

I agree with touching respectfully when together. You can take her hand when opening a car door for her. Definitely help her on with her coat. You can hold the small of her back when walking together..take her arm if climbing over a curb, etc. You are trying to enter her comfort zone.

If you touch a girl's hand, make a corny remark such as 'wow, is your skin ever soft.' Then touch her other hand as if you are comparing them and make as similar remark. (it'll be the truth because girls 'are' soft).

You can go for the singler kiss when departing. If, however, you are confident and feel like you just 'need to know'. ...look into her eyes and ask her to keep still. Then touch her cheek with your hand and take it away. Say something like 'I just wanted to make sure you are real'. Then give her a light kiss on ther lips. Keep your mouth close to her and wait for her to return the kiss. Her reaction will tell you everything you need to know about how she feels about you.

Don't do this. These are the corniest lines ever. If a guy did or said any of this to me, I would have to fight to hold back the laughter and he would definitely end up as a 'storytime' on the next girls night out.

LOL, I was actually considering memorizing it :o

:lmao: Ditz speaks the truth.

If a guy said that stuff to me, I would be like What?! and wonder where he picked up such cheese. I'd also assume he uses those lines on every girl he goes out with.

OP ask her on a REAL DATE and then at the end...go for the kiss. I don't know how to explain it...the guy just...goes in. My first kiss with my BF was awkward as fk, I'm not really one who thinks awkwardness is all that adorable, tbh... He was like "well...I don't know how I should...I'm just gonna do it..." and I was like ermm...lol...and he went in for it. It wasn't smooth. Try to be smoother than he was :D

Trust me. I'd never try 'anything' on you.

Of course not. It's obvious from your lines you're into partially retarded girls. I'm not your type.

Don't kiss her so hurry, that may break your relations, as well. First, try to find out her feeling about you, through some third person. Then go ahead for kissing and other things.

Well at work Id only had a couple of conversations as our paths never crossed often enough. The first time I asked her out, I was emailing and slipped in asking what she was doing at the weekend, that i was going cinema if she would like to join me. she replied "yes, is this as friends-sorry had to ask" I said yeah sure friends if thats what you would like.

She even came back to my house to see my animals.

Next time I saw her at work, a week later, she remembered the last thing we discussed and wanted to see a travel artifact that was on my desk, so we arranged to meet up in the building. It was after this that I asked if she was busy next week and if she would like to go out with me one evening. obviously it was a yes,

Difficult to go for a hug when I see her, as im picking her up in the car from the workplace ha!

After our first outgoing, she didn linger in the car, however was outside her parents. I think if can get a hug in, depending on how long it lasts, you know if can get away with a kiss.

We are going for a meal and hopefully to a bar to sit and talk.

There's tons of methods to figure it out. Sadly, in your case, it doesn't matter. You have to for it no matter what. It sounds like you've already been friendzoned, and if you haven't then you're so dangerously close that you really need to kiss her next time you see her or it will be too late.

Hmm, an awkward kiss on the second date. Almost sounds like he should have waited till he was more comfortable. Kind of like he was trying to fallow the plan, "kiss on date two, sex on date three, gotta push through."

Yes, clarify that you are taking her out for a DATE!

"I'd like to take you to ________. But this time, as a date." See how she responds.

If she agrees, take her hand during the date. Walk with your arm around her waist. Be relaxed about physical contact.

Take her hands at the end of the date. Say sweet things about how much fun you have with her. Look her in the eyes for a moment. Pull her in closer (lean in to meet her), and kiss her!

If she is interested in you, she'll make it easy on you. She'll engage your look, lean in when you pull her in, and return your kiss.

Well, I think he was trying to make sure he kissed me on the 2nd date-you're right. You shouldn't go more than 3 (max) without a kiss IMO, at least not at this age (late 20s for me). Otherwise it gets even more awkward! Once you get used to just NOT kissing, it's easy to just continue to not do it, ya know? So I'm glad he did it, and I wanted to kiss him! Lots of first kisses are awkward, of course lots aren't, but...eh! And tbh SD, you would probably consider me a slut. I wanted the sexing on date 3.

Actually no.

Only once in my life a girl let me get to date two, and it was clear that it was actual dates. I was just not ready to kiss her. Also she said something mean to me on the first date and I don't know why I even wanted a second date. Either way there was no 3.

I'll keep it in mind that girls do have a timeline of how many dates max should go by without a kiss.

I've also only had one first kiss in my life, but that's just me, and she made it very obvious that she wanted me to kiss her.

I'm not really concerned by what date number sex occurred, but how long you've known each other.

IMO, having sex with a girl within a month of first meeting her is too soon.

My ideal situation is meet a girl at in something where I can see her at least once a week. Ask her out at around the 3rd week mark. Have one date a week, then by date three or week six, sex would be fine.

Hey, hey. Not all girls have a timeline like I lined out. I speak for myself and only myself, I should have clarified :)

Nothing wrong with how you would like to move in a dating situation!
