lovelylashes Posted February 19, 2012 Posted February 19, 2012 I have finally reached a point where the thought of texting my ex an getting rejected by him AGAIN is finally enough to make me not text him. He sent me a couple nice texts recently but he always blows hot an cold with me an i know if i text him i am setting myself up for disappointment and heartache. I also want to say this site is amazing. You can put all your emotions on here without fear of being judged. And the advice is great. It helps to know other people are going through the same thing.
NeverAgainDC Posted February 19, 2012 Posted February 19, 2012 Why even give them the satisfaction? They are the ones who decided to cut ties. They are secure and stand firm in their decision. I don't know about you, but I only want someone who's fully committed to me and is willing to be with me through thick and thin. Why should we settle for less. Trust me, it's easier said than done. But it's worth it in the long run. Best of luck and stay strong.
