The question on OKCupid...."The most private thing you are willing to admit"

Why do so many females take this question so seriously?-lol Do they really think that question is there for someone to reveal something about themselves that is a possible turnoff?

 

Why can't people see that the question means...."Tell me something silly about you that I can't tell from just looking at you?"

 

 

You see so many avoid that question and put..."you have to ask me privately"

Creativity in online female profiles is rare in general--the great majority post everything with total seriousness and little or no humor. I presume it's mostly because they're nervous about the experience and that makes it difficult for them to think of what to say.

It just heightens my insecurities, at the moment, although I wasn't hearing from nearly as many men who were ten to twenty years older than me, after I added that I wouldn't respond to anyone who was overlooking women their own age; that, and that I would no longer respond to any messages such as, "sexy lady".

That's because most women seem to pay attention to the age range preference in peoples' profiles. I've had college guys hit on me, too, but men around my own age are mostly vying for younger women.

It was nicer when someone told me that I was too pretty to hide. I'd panicked and didn't feel up to meeting anyone, so I backed out, and he was gracious enough to tell me that.

 

"sexy lady" can be a temporary ego boost, or leave you feeling gross, depending on your mood.
