Let's assume your sex life is otherwise happy and healthy. Wouldn't be an issue for me, though I'm sure there would be 'debates' on the genre and quality of the porn

And even now, in mainstream porn, the all the guys arent these gross looking out of shape idiots. Theres a good amount of porn out there with dudes who are in good shape. Theres so much porn out there that one can find anything that turns them on with a simple search. When women try and blame the "hotness" of porn stars for how they feel, thats their own fault. They need to figure out why they let it make them insecure. Apparently they still do, because then it wouldn't be mainstream. It would be called something else. Women blaming the "hotness" is only half of the problem. The other part lies with men watching those "hot" women, (which I'm constantly told in this thread they are actually average... lol) You never see guys get so insecure about other dudes being hot. People find a variety of things attractive. If I was dating a girl who got off on certain types of porn that were very different to my physical features, I wouldnt care too much. If shes still getting turned on by me and enjoying sex with me, then thats all that matters. I think that's what we've been discussing all along: that porn is so male-centric that women watching it more would would not be a threat to many men.

They don't bring that much to the table. I think the real reason girls get so jealous of porn stars is because we know a girl doesn't have to bring much to the table in order to catch a guy's eye. And I have to disagree about men never getting jealous when we see a hot guy. I've dated a couple guys who would get offended by comments I've made about actors in movies. Actually, even the most beautiful girl (outside of porn) can be overlooked. There are so many articles all those models/actresses striking it lucky only by pure chance. Latest article example is about Miranda Kerr. She was so gorgeous but still was overlooked constantly during model agency auditions. They preferred her blonde friend that accompanied her. Not THE prettiest I could find of course (or I'd posting adult links as examples) but still way above average (which is now mainstream). Regardless, I think I have made a connection with women (in this thread at least) who are ok with hetero porn vs those who are not ok with it (or ending up watching gay porn as an alternative): they find women in hetero porn not so "hot title-worthy" but still find men as really hot. For me (and other women who I've discussed it with) is the exact opposite: the women are unrealistically perfect (Brad Pitt equivalents if you like) and the men are totally and utterly fugly face-wise.

I watch a few times a week to sometimes, if I'm busy, none at all. I dated a guy several years ago and it turned out to be a long term relationship. Although he himself was a regular porn watcher, he was uncomfortable with my watching it. He had the whole Madonna-Whore Complex ... so, for me now, it is a pre-requisite that a man is comfortable with my watching porn; similarly, I have no problems with his watching porn (providing there's no kids or animals involved, or snuff films: those are hard limits for me! and non-negotiable). My ex didn't trust the fact that I coiuld and was 100% faithful as he was so insecure about my watching porn on occasion. For anybody, it's a question of degree, in my mind. So long as it's not harming anyone (i.e., you don't become a compulsive sex-addict), then it's OK IMO. How you bring this subject up with your bf depends on how long you've been dating, perhaps. But a simple question like, "Hey do you ever watch porn?" while cuddled up on the couch watching a movie and eating popcorn might be helpful in getting the conversation started.

Mami Culo Grande comes to mind. Justin Slayer is a decent looking guy though so I suppose it works both ways for women who watch his movies. Porn hasn't really affect what I find attractive though, I am broad, and my preferred look isn't hard to attain for most women I meet. Then again, I watched mostly black/latina porn and some BBW stuff. Have cut down since, only thing close to porn I have on my computer is 2 Girls Teach Sex. (Shawna Lenee is better looking than Briana Banks IMO).

I dont know why you do...but I can tell you most guys run into and search for a variety of things in porn. I think women tend to notice the hot girls more and gloss over the average chicks. Most guys use "you-tube like" porn websites when they watch stuff nowadays. And the stuff on the front pages vary. Plus theres loads of categories too. Although she was very pretty before her surgeries. I also just realized that we have so many conversations going on about porn. Are people having real sex at all? I think that Briana Banks falls into the realms of what is considered to be "conventionally" beautiful, and I can certainly appreciate that, although it may not be to my personal taste. Same with Megan Fox also. I am always of the opinion that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that a universal ideal isn't really as prevalent. I don't think regular women should be threatened at all, one man's regular woman is another man's supermodel.

I don't think it would bother me so much if she was someone that didn't have the plastic surgery and her beauty was natural. But it's not. And it's become a standard. And yes, it is infact threatening and I don't think that's an unnatural reaction to the way men view beauty.

My partner and I have sex hundreds of times a year. We might look at porn 12 times a year--high estimate. I debate porn here far more often than I use the stuff.
