Wisteria Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 I am, and would love to hear from others. I'm a 45 year old woman, and my 41 year old "boy" friend has been a Type 1 diabetic since he was 27. I had very little knowledge of this disease before falling in love with him, but I've had to learn quickly! I'd like to know from other partners of diabetics: Do they have mood swings? If so, how do you deal with them? And how do you be mindful of their health without hovering over them? Thanks for any advice you can give!
