xpaperxcutx Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 Hypothetically, if you do not want to date me and I do not consider you a friend, why do you feel a need to text me and ask about my day? Mr. Snow White ( guy I'm NOT seeing) sporadically sents me texts every other day to ask about me. It's always the cliche greetings " Hey!! How was your day?!!" As much as I'm open for contact and open to talking about my day, I've grown to being more communicative with my bff because one, Snow White would not ask me out again, and two, I'm sick of being a texting buddy. So when I chose to stop talking to him, he brought the txting back up a notch, and either being concerned or nosy, incessantly asks me about my day and my plans. As far as I can tell him, I have a life. I make plans so that i'm not sitting at home. Yet, if you don't want to be a part of my life, why the need to ask about it?
gaius Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 Because it's awesome interacting with women you know would sleep with you, even if you don't want to sleep with them. He doesn't want to lose that ego boost he gets every time you text him back.
