You wanna know my type....this is my preferred body type, I know curvy is often misdefined these days, but let's put these stereotypes to rest with the

Curvy Compilation

Fantastic list. :D The woman who compiled it has a great figure as well.

My own girlfriend's curves are probably most similar to Julie Newmar from the list in terms of both height and measurements, although Uma Thurman (who isn't on that list but probably should be) is probably closer, I think Newmar has wider hips than Uma or my girlfriend.

I don't' consider Uma curvy at all....she's rather slender physique

A lot of them looked skinny to me.

She's busty, but perhaps her hips are just average.

I'd say most of them have that hour glass shape

Well yeah, but they still hardly had that much fat on them.

I'm shaped exactly like Jayne Mansfield...:cool::cool:

Somaya Reece is special. Ideal body type, face, skin.......just for me!

That's the whole point

Curvy does not equal fat. Curvy means having curves, essentially the hour glass figure. It doesn't mean skinny either.

Another female body type thread? go figure....why do men never make male body type threads, despite all the guys crying how much height and fitness matter when women pick us?

Either way *fap fap fap* Nice pics

I know you're Hard Gay and all, but I don't like looking at picture after picture of men.

You're more than welcome to start that thread but I won't be participating.

DOMooO! Hado Gei desu!!!! FOOOOOOOO! lmao hes a great character.

Im straight but appreciate good looking bodies, male or female. Female bodies make me want to have sex, male bodies make me want to train harder in my workouts so I can look better.

I stated that there are never any male body type threads to show how dumb guys here are behaving. They cry about how women are shallow about looks and body type, yet guys are the only ones ever created threads like these.

Nice list. Great to see some of the vintage actresses and models included.

One of that era not commonly known or perceived to be a 'bombshell' and seen more as a mainstream actress who changed the way showers would be perceived after 1960 definitely had some curves, being 36C-21-36, seen here on the set of the Hitchcock classic at age 32. I think I wore that tape out when a teenager ;)

They are still curvy. One can be skinny, average, or larger in the waist and still have curves.

I just can't get over Sabrina Sykes' "boobs" or Lynda Carter's camel toe.

You weren't the only one. I wouldn't complain if the sykes torpededo boob look (or whatever it was called in the 50s) was one retro fashion style that came back in vogue.

All gorgeous women. The contemporary women - Gia Genevive, Asia DeVinyl & Nigella Lawson, represent what I consider 'curvy' these days, though as many past posts have said, this aint the same as OLD curvy.

SOME might be considered overweight by today's modern standards.

Lynda Carter's camel toe is so amazing that I called H over to the computer to check it out!

OP, my H thanks you :)

True, though the larger in the waste, the more likely curvy is going to go away and it not be curvy...and having "curves" that are simply rolls does not make one curvy

But she looks very small chested, can't be more than a B cup.

No way. At least half of them are thick. I absolutely don't mean that in a negative way as they are all attractive, but they definitely aren't skinny.

That caption under Jayne Mansfield notes that she had multiple children, and was often breastfeeding during her career.

As a mom who breastfed, I know that can mean big variations in breast size!

Ah, I see. It just stuck out to me when Carrie mentioned H boobs and the comparison body has small boobs. I was specifically checking to see what H boobs looked like lol

"By contemporary American standards" they ARE all thin. Most of America is overweight.
