I'd see how they like taller guys, or even guys with MUSCLE, apparently they've admitted short guys would make them look SMALL in appearance, because their "girth" would make a 5'8" man's appearance not look so manly, or leave them feel "unprotected".

I don't see how it helps personaly. He views life as a victim. I see ThaWholigan you are proud of who you are. I'd be cautious though of thinking of yourself as having Autism. I've said it before that it doesn't help and it isn't necesarily true. Why can't a person just be different! Why do we have to label them? It goes beyond being socially awkward, there was the physical side-effects to contend with (hypersensitivity, motor dyspraxia), the lack of emotional intelligence and the inability to understand verbal reasoning or read body language. All of which I have improved significantly, albeit at a slower pace. I had to have special needs teaching for much of my school life, and were it not for my amazing mother (who insisted that I would be a normal child regardless), would have gone to special school. I am not one of the autism advocates though, I don't think it is necessarily a part of me, just something I happened to be born with. Life gives you challenges for a reason I suppose.... As for Somedude, he really needs to stop thinking it's his height that stops him from getting women. Again, I know so many short dudes who are good with women. Some are good looking (my little brother is probably more blessed in the looks department than I am), some are barely average looking, I've even seen some real ugly dudes who are like 5 foot 5, with some GORGEOUS girls . And trust me, they were NOT rich.

It is the perfect disclaimer and deflects his failure in the dating world completely away from any personal control he has over his situation, which is a load of crap. Poor little short me and I can't do anything about it so women wont give me a chance.

I know he is short as well, met him in person. Well he did and does have to work hard to get it. Any guy can make changes to his body with hard work and diet. Or make excuses of course. Isn't that what guys demand of the women they pursue anyway to look slim and in shape? Interested to read the excuses. Similar with women, if you are indeed overweight and you assess this is the sole reason why you cannot attract dates, then lose it! Most women i know arent turned on by guys that huge.. As far as height women are more attracted to to tall Men,if a discussion of height comes up no owme nwill say i like shorter Men almost all will say they prefer tall me nbut what they say they prefer and what the end up with could be two different things.. Luckily women are a slave to their emotions and how you make them feel or short men would have little chance..

Meh. The problem with being a high functioning autistic is that everybody assumes normality. I have done pretty well because nobody seems to notice straight away, the only people who notice are people who have autistic relatives. Two of my cousins also have mild autism/aspergers. One is a girl, the other is a 20 year old man. Sells drugs, gets laid a lot , also has ADHD.

Hahaha. That is ironic! Don't see what the problem with the OP's data gathering method. He's comparing short overweight women with short slim/fit women. The short overweight women are more relaxed about the height requirement, which is no surprise to anyone. Why does he have to include taller women? If you are interested in finding out what tall women prefer, you can do your own data gathering that include them. In fact, short women have more likelyhood to accept short men. If you include all women, the results will look even worse. Short men can't do anything about their height, but they can make up for it by having game and money. Fat women can't make up for it with anything; but they CAN lose the weight. Or alternately blow up to 400lbs and attract FA's. Men and women are equally superficial, but in different ways. But ThaWholigan is right. The only men that are SOL are the socially inept ones. Short men do have a disadvantage, and it does shrink their pool of possibilities, but they can work around it. My disadvantage is being Asian, and it may or may not be "worse" than being short. I cannot do as well as say some 6'2 Italian looking hunk with average everything else. But unless we are in competition to sleep with as many women as possible (which I will lose for sure), that is a non issue. I play my game and I get my share. I'm not interested in reaching triple digits. But kudos to the 6'2 Italian hunk for being the winner of the genetic lottery, good for him. But that's him, and any impact on my results is negligible. Plenty of fishes in the sea. Yes it's a disadvantage if you want to get technical, but not a big deal. My only advice is to stay away from online dating. You'll be filtered out too easily. Do real life approaches, then you'll have the chance to work your charm.

Let's be frank here Surrealist, if Somedude was 6'2 he would have had atleast 1 girlfriend by now, regardless of his attitude. And women would probably friend zone him only half as much as they do now. His attitude is pretty self-defeating, but that doesn't mean there isn't something to the height thing. Fact is, if you're male and not very tall, dating is long frustrating ball torture that will nuke your self-esteem if you don't develop callouses on it. I would argue, the average "short guy" has more confidence and self-esteem than guys who don't, as they possess a trait that is universally unattractive to women.

Exactly i guess if you're short and your objective is to have a contest and sleep with more women then a guy whos a 10 yes your life is a failure:laugh: If not you still can get plenty of of women Im 5'8 and have done quite well with women i dont see is as dreaded for short guys as you see on here..Ive seen short guys who are players ive seen shot guys who struggle women..ive seen tall guys who are players ive seen tall guys struggle with women i dont see height as a huge part unless youre extremely short like 5'3 or something.. The 6'2 handsome guy with muscles would lose a contest to a good looking guy whos also amous and wealthy so what..as a man or women theyes always gonna be somebody better looking it has no baring on your ability to attract someone.. If nothing else about me were to change, I would have no issue getting women. The simple truth is, when a woman is physically attracted to a guy, she'll give him more chances and opportunities. Height has a big impact on whether a woman views a man as attractive or not.

I know plenty of short guys in relationships with women but its a shorter leash given to us.. A women acquaintance of mine i know broke up with a short guy and said he was overly agressive and a ashole and that shes done with short men saying all short guys are like that You can bet a women would never use one bad experience with a tall guy and say all tall men are aholes im never dating another tall guy again.. If you're short women will look for a reason to get rid of you because they cant show you off as a status symbol like they can a tall guy and theyre proably afraid their friends are making fun of her for dating a short guy..
